A Slice of Sunshine – October in Turkey 🇹🇷
We spent a peaceful October break in Mlini, a lovely spot on the Turkish coast where the days are slow and the sea is warm. Mornings started with coastal walks, boats bobbing in the bay, and cats sunning themselves in alleyways — obviously, I took far too many photos.
A highlight was exploring the ancient city of Ephesus. Even surrounded by tourists, it felt otherworldly — weathered columns, grand facades, and glimpses of a civilisation long gone but not forgotten.
The trip was the perfect mix of history, relaxation, and Mediterranean colour. From quiet harbour views to towering ruins, it was all a reminder to pause, breathe, and take it all in.
