I was lucky to get the opportunity to test the amazing little Sigma fp for a couple of weeks, thanks to Sigma UK. I had the 24 Megapixel fp mirrorless camera body and three L-Mount lenses, the 45mm f2.8 DG DN, 65mm f2 DG DN and also the 35mm f1.4 DG DN.
I set myself the task of photographing the cats that are resident in the house I live in, there are 14 in all (there are also some shots from an impromptu photo shoot of my friends two dogs as well), the gallery below contains some of my favourite images, captured with a mix of all three lenses, although I must add my favourites were the 45mm and 65mm, the 35mm being slightly too big for my liking, I have colour corrected the images, but in this case I've not made any adjustments to the sharpness or noise, this is presented as it was, straight out of camera. Thanks Sigma for this opportunity, I really enjoyed using the camera, and it's produced some fantastic images, I hope you enjoy looking at them as much as I did taking them.
